Stuart Parks - Owner and Managing Principal
Stuart is current managing principal of Arden with more than 25 years in design and development of real estate. He was educated in Architecture at the University of Virginia and Planning at Princeton. Stuart spent 11 years in City, housing and transit system planning in various roles including time with the New York City Department of City Planning and also the New York City Housing Authority. In 1999 Stuart returned to Winston-Salem to lead operation for PM Development and Arden. Since 1999 he has developed more than 750 lots for sale, and built more than 250 houses. Stuart is currently working on multiple large developments in the triad, while also assists in general management of the assets associated with the family's 20+ automobile dealerships located across the Carolinas. Paul Williams - Project Manager
Paul is a project manager for the Arden land development group. He studied Civil Engineering at NC State University, graduating in 1995. He worked for a small grading and paving company immediately following school before moving back to Winston-Salem to work in Engineering and Utilities for the City of Winston-Salem. In 2005, Paul joined Arden, and has since been involved in evaluating land deals, managing the development process, and assisting in finding buyers and negotiating land sale contracts. Justin Gibhardt - Project Manager
Justin is a Licensed General Contractor and he leads the new construction and building group for Arden, a role he has been in since he joined the team in January 2004. Justin graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Construction Management, working his way through school using his skills learned framing and building homes. These skills transferred well to the role he now holds. While with Arden, Justin has built over one hundred homes in Ardmore Farms, Hastings Hill and Woodbriar Village, along with other custom projects for various clients. Aaron Lange - Project Manager
Aaron is a 1998 gradate of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management. Aaron has 15+ years of experience in production and custom home building, remodeling, and land acquisition and development. Aaron joined the Arden Group in the spring of 2011, after working for a national home builder for nearly 10 years.

Gary Williard
Gary is a graduate of Wake Forest University, undergraduate and WFU Law. He has been involved in real estate development since 1973 as an attorney, developer and builder. Gary initially began working with the principals of Arden Communities (PM Development) in 1976 and has continued to assist primarily with land acquisition and contract negotiation, while also participating in managing the ongoing maintenance of the company's many real estate assets. Blake Hayworth - Job Supervisor
Blake is a recent graduate of Construction Management at Appalachian State University. He joined Arden in 2007 as a project superintendent. He recently completed his certification as NAHB Green Building Professional and has also become RESNET Certified. In addition to traditional construction management, Blake is managing activities related to ensuring energy efficiency in the new homes constructed by Arden. Wally Samuels - Job Supervisor
Wally is a 2008 graduate of Appalachian State University where he earned his degree in business marketing. Out of college he worked several years with another local builder before joining Arden in 2010.
