New Construction in Hastings Hill Farm

A new home is under construction in the cul-de-sac on Water Mill Road in Hastings Hill Farm in Kernersville. The community should be able to welcome new neighbors by the beginning of the year. The home will be one story with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, bonus room, and sun room. The house was built on a slab and will feature a brick and vinyl siding exterior.

Arden Construction & Design Finishing Out 8-Unit Condominium Building in Burlington

This week we are beginning construction on finishing out an 8-unit condominium building in Burlington, NC. The two story building is part of the Windermere community located right off of exit 143 on I-40. There are two and three bedroom units available and are all equipped with a garage. The units will be finished by December. The building address is 3029 Winston Dr. Burlington, NC 27215.

Carrollton - NCDOT Granted

3/24/2010

NCDOT granted a driveway permit for access points along Old Salem Road and NC 66. These approvals improve access for the Carrollton project, improving the site's marketability.

Carrollton - Annexion & Rezoning

12/14/2009

The most recent portion of land associated with the Carrollton project has been annexed and rezoned into Kernersville, bring the total acreage with land use entitlement to 346 acres.
