There are a total of 236 housing units, all with public water and sewer. There are 185 lots/pads remaining. All development work is complete including amenity construction, stormwater management, landscaping, entrance monuments, all roadway and driveway construction, all water and sewer connections. Individual associations have been established for each section as well as a master association. The master association is responsible for major amenities and common area maintenance.
